Our client is recruiting for an Operational Improvement Analyst on a 6 month fixed term basis to join their Client & Adviser Services team.
This is an operational-focussed business analysis role with the purpose of analysing and documenting end-to-end processes in the Client &Advisor Services department, producing process maps, procedures and checklists to support streamlined processing of customer requests, and to identify control points, and make recommendations on improvements to processes.
The successful applicant will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent work experience, have financial services experience and/or can demonstrate ability to pick up new concepts and subject matter quickly, experience in business or operational analysis, including process mapping, procedure documentation and checklist development. Understanding and previous application of LEAN methodology is also required.
