Job Purpose: To effectively deliver a direct service to clients and IFAs by the processing of telephone calls and email requests within specified servicing times.
Minimum of 1 years experience in Financial Services.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to draft letters/fax.
Experience within a customer facing administration role.
