In this role, you will support the Team Leader in leading a team of individuals who provide a high level of customer service to existing customers.
Proactively acting on behalf of the business to ensure an excellent customer experience by embracing the behaviours of our client’s business, you will be able to provide the service required to meet expected activity levels and ensure customer satisfaction levels are of a high standard.
