Job Description

Our client is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator.
This is a varied role, dealing with a number of responsibilities from processing initial applications to transferring policies from other providers and making payments to customers. Overall your role will be to administer all aspects of work for the relevant business area, to a high standard and in line with procedures and service standards. This will range from simple queries through to more complex and non-standard cases.
The successful candidate will have industry related qualifications, experience within a similar role within the financial services industry and good Anti-Money Laundering knowledge and experience, knowledge of life administration systems, such as AS400, would also be advantageous.
