Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator.

The main duties for this role will include reviewing the existing book of business which is currently in an overdrawn or negative position and working towards reducing the overall volume on a month by month basis, communicating with clients and brokers and working towards an acceptable solution to clear debit positions, monitoring and reviewing persistency levels across all Regular Premium products, pro-actively monitoring and reporting on policy arrears, preparing reports for the various committees regarding the respective debt positions and persistency related activities, and measuring progress and continually looking at ways of developing and improving the process.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience, ideally within a debt management role and preferably within the Life Assurance industry, and an understanding of the Insurance (Anti-Money Laundering) Regulations 2008 and knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements in line with the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority AML/ CFT Requirements and Guidance.
