Our client is seeking a 2nd Line Analyst.
The purpose of the role is to run the IT environment from a first and second line perspective, to ensure all service levels are met or exceeded, providing maximum uptime to the business among the Service Desk team.
The successful candidate will be ITIL Foundation certified and have a good knowledge of ITIL processes and implementation. Microsoft service products experience is essential, as is a good understanding of MS products, such as CRM/Outlook/Dynamics ETC. You will also have a proven record of SLA adherence, a good understanding of Risk and what constitutes risk within an IT environment, including measures to mitigate risk.
