Job Description

Our client is recruiting for an Account Services Administrator.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support across the Account Services & Internet Banking, Scanning & Static team, carrying out all tasks within an effective and timely manner to ensure delivery of SLAs.

Key responsibilities will include completing Internet Banking Registrations, Password/Memorable Date changes for both personal and/or corporate clients from the various business channels, following process and procedures to ensure that all activities are carried out correctly, maintaining a high level of accuracy in order to meet Right First Time requirements, and understanding and adhering to all WIN service standards, service charter and service level agreements with internal and external clients.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within banking operations, have 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a financial environment and have 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Mathematics and English.
