Job Purpose: To support the finance team in a small office and be responsible for processing all accounting transactions.
Responsibilities: Providing assistance in all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting. General office admin and Adhoc duties. Code, check and send invoices for approval. Record invoices quickly and correctly as soon as they are approved. Raise Sales invoices. Responsible for resolving customer queries by telephone and email.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role with bookkeeping / accountancy knowledge. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Excel in particular. Study support is available to the suitable candidate.
