An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant within our client’s Executive Support department.
This is a busy and varied role, and the successful candidate will support the team in a full range of general office activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Provide administration assistance to the Executive Support Team.
Assisting with general office administration tasks.
Booking meeting rooms and assisting with the set up for executive and management meetings.
Booking travel and accommodation for executive and management team.
Assisting with organising of company events.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Holds 5 GCSEs at grade C or above including Maths and English.
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Have good organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently when required.
