Our client is seeking a Client & Broker Services Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to perform administration tasks and answer queries relating to our client’s fund products in accordance with agreed procedures. Duties will include but not be limited to; organising, planning and prioritising daily workload to ensure agreed service standards are maintained at all times, responding accurately and succinctly to client and broker queries by email, post and telephone, accurately log work items, track progress and provide regular updates to clients and brokers, and at all times adhering to the polices and procedures of the Client & Broker Services Team and ensuring the highest service standards are maintained.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English Language and Mathematics at grade C or above, at least 1 year experience in a client service role within the fund industry, knowledge of Microsoft products, self motivated and well organised , and the ability to deal with people both within the organisation and external customers.
