ADMINISTRATOR (PENSION TEAM) | Ref MF283
Our client is seeking a part-time Administrator to join their pensions team.
This roles purpose will be to deliver an accurate, timely and high standard of service to clients and IFAs by the processing requests within service standard and to a high degree of accuracy, to support the implementation of improvements in processes, systems and procedures, to help mitigate the Company’s exposure to risk by ensuring policies on PEPs, GDPR andKYC (and others as published) are understood and followed and any suspicious activity or data protection breaches are reported promptly to Compliance.
The successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisation skills, an ability to work under pressure, experience in a customer facing role, excellent inter-personal skills with a friendly and approachable manner, high level of accuracy and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Some desirable skills include relevant customer service experience in a financial services business, while not essential, it would be preferable to have experience of pension’s administration
1 or more year’s office experience.
