Job Description


Role Purpose: To process all items of work within the Team in line with the Company’s agreed timescales. To maintain a high level of accuracy. To avoid any cost to the company through error.

Role duties include but are not limited to: To ensure that all assigned work items logged to the administration system on a daily basis. Daily Post to be logged to the system each morning once it has been sorted by a Senior Administrator. To ensure service levels are maintained by processing the oldest items of post as a priority each day. If work items are going to go outside of service level this should be escalated to the team leader. To ensure that all work items allocated are processed each day and that you provide a work position at close of play each day.

Role Required Qualifications: Study towards attainment of FA1 is desirable but not mandatory.
