Our client is currently seeking an Adviser Services Technician to join their team at a Life Assurance company. The purpose of the role assist the Manager to ensure that the technical capability of the team is suitable and to be a key support to the team, including the Customer Service Centre, Relationship Management, Regional Offices and Sales Consultants.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to accurate and efficient completion of administrative tasks, conducting technical skills coaching with team members as required in partnership with the Work Place Coaches, supporting any business projects and initiatives as required and handling any process or system related referrals. Completion of problem solving activities, and making key decisions and recommendations where required.
The successful candidate will have 5 GCSEs Grade C or above, including Maths and English as well as previous experience in a similar role within the Financial Services Industry, with good Anti-Money Laundering knowledge.
