To support the Manager, Payments, Wealth International in managing the Payments team to effect payments, handle exceptions and queries, administer products and meet stakeholder needs through various channels in order to provide consistently high levels of customer service.
Experience required: 5 + years experience working within Personal or Business Banking.
Knowledge of SWIFT, BACS, CHAPS, Faster Payments, Reconciliations, AML and CFT Legislation and Fraud Prevention. People management skills including coaching, performance management, direct line management, communication, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
