Job Description

Are you an experienced professional in financial services with a passion for delivering high-quality client service? Our client is seeking a dynamic Associate Director to join their Client Services team. In this role, you will take on directorship responsibilities for client companies, ensuring compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements. You will also lead a team of Client Services Administrators and Managers, providing trust and company administration services to a portfolio of high-net-worth, multi-jurisdictional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring adherence to the Client Contact Programme and maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Oversee the management and review of client investments, assets, and related documentation.
  • Lead the preparation of minutes, resolutions, and statutory filings.
  • Authorize financial transactions, including dividends, distributions, and loans.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Ensure accurate management information is produced and analyzed to support business objectives.
  • Foster a culture of regulatory compliance, risk management, and high-performance standards within your team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification/experience in financial services.
  • Strong client service delivery experience, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including FSA, AML, and data protection.
  • Ability to manage and develop a team, driving high standards and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in managing complex client portfolios and delivering innovative service improvements.
