Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a full time Administrator to join their busy Client & Broker Services team.

The role holder will be familiar with Customer Due Diligence for financial products, confident in speaking to clients and will have strong Excel skills. Familiarity with investment funds is an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Organising, planning and prioritising daily tasks to ensure agreed service standards are maintained.
  • Responding accurately and succinctly to client and broker queries by email, post and telephone.
  • Implementing client and broker instructions.
  • Accurately logging work items, tracking progress and providing regular updates.

Skills and experience:

  • The successful candidate will have experience in a client service role within the fund industry.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • The ability to deal with customers in a confident and polite manner.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
