Our client is currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to process new business, servicing and claims related tasks.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to developing and providing superior levels of customer support by dealing with client and intermediary queries promptly, working with clients to ensure that business meets the compliance requirements, especially Anti Money Laundering regulations and managing filing and archiving to ensure that all client correspondence is stored correctly.
The successful candidate will have a willingness to undertake qualification examinations with a specific emphasis on Life Assurance/Pensions and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
