We currently have an interesting opportunity available for a friendly and confident individual with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
The role holder will be a key point of contact for clients and will be able to build strong and effective working relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
Successful onboarding of new clients, completing client documentation and recording accordingly, liaising with clients and handling any queries effectively and in a timely manner, managing invoices and adhering to SLAs and set procedures.
The successful candidate will be customer service focused and highly organised with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Previous experience within a payroll environment is beneficial but not essential and full training will be provided.
