CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF15
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a Client Services Administrator to join a friendly and supportive Client Services team.
Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will provide administration assistance and dedicated support to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Opening and administering bank/investment accounts.
Drafting agreements and deeds.
Communication with clients and intermediaries.
Assisting in the administration of trust and company clients.
Aid senior members of the Client Services team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above.
Previous experience in a TCSP administration environment.
A good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office.
CCH, Viewpoint and Laserfiche experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
Quick and keen learner.
