Our client is currently seeking a Client Services Administrator. As a member of their team, this role requires the successful applicant to deliver superior customer service to future and existing customers. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, proven time-management skills, and the demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
Responsibilities include handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries and taking responsibility for processing each query through to a satisfactory conclusion.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service experience, with exposure to all elements of life assurance administration.
