Our client is currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their team. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the team leader in administering a portfolio of clients while adhering to client service standards and assisting with meeting monthly financial objectives and key performance indicators.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to drafting standard correspondence or emails and handling routine telephone enquiries on administration matters, maintaining client records including scanning and linking documentation and utilisation of activities on NAVOne to ensure effective diarising of work and assisting the team leader in meeting KPI targets by the timely clearance of action points and activities.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including Maths and English. Previous Finance experience ideally within a Trust/CSP environment would be beneficial.
