Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join their team in Isle of Man. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential administration support to the Managers and the client services team, including opening and administering bank/investment accounts, drafting agreements and deeds, communication with clients and intermediaries, and assisting in the administration of trust and company clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience in a TCSP administration environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above
  • At least 18 months in a TCSP administration environment
  • A good level of knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CCH, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche is an advantage
