Job Description

Our client is seeking a Trust and Company Administrator based in Isle of Man. The role involves administering a diverse portfolio of corporate and trust structures for clients, maintaining strong business relationships, and ensuring adherence to company's business model.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly liaise with clients and their advisors through verbal and written communication
  • Maintain diaries for payments, periodic reviews, and important company and trust dates
  • Assist in client billing and debt collection
  • Maintain Trust and Company records in line with internal compliance and statutory requirements
  • Develop effective relationships with management to align company goals and objectives
  • Prioritize daily correspondence and general administration
  • Ensure structures are administered as per laws, constitutional documents, and group policies
  • Process payments including invoices, distributions, dividends, taxes, and service charges
  • Open/close Corporate and Trust bank accounts
  • Manage the dissolution of companies and closing down of trusts
  • Assist compliance department in obtaining documentation to ensure client compliance with regulations
  • Record time effectively for billing purposes
  • Draft documentation for various companies such as tenancy agreements, consultancy agreements, and loan agreements
  • Conduct annual file reviews and bi-annual investment reviews for relevant structures
  • Review financial statements with directors before sign-off

Requirements:

  • Experience in Company and Trust Administration
  • Confidentiality, flexibility, and strong time management skills
  • Knowledge of statutory and anti-money laundering regulations
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work within legal and regulatory frameworks
