Job Description


Our client is currently seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their busy Compliance team and provide regulatory compliance assistance, advice, and support to all parts of the Group. This includes TCSP, Pension, Accountancy, Audit and Advisory.

You will ideally be a methodical, proactive, and conscientious individual and will assist and support the Compliance department with regulatory compliance tasks.

In this role, you will be supported and encouraged to undertake various relevant courses to support your development.


Reviewing new business, client due diligence and periodic client reviews, ensuring they meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Providing risk based due diligence, new client and periodic client review advice and support.

Reviewing and matching potential screening hits that have been referred.

Ensuring knowledge of AML/CFT is always up to date with recent developments and changes to legislation.

Assisting with the maintenance of regulatory registers.

Supporting the development, delivery, and reporting of the compliance monitoring programme.

Assisting with regulatory and professional body correspondence, notifications, and annual returns.

Supporting the maintenance of the risk management framework.


The successful candidate will ideally:

Have previous experience working in a due diligence environment with individuals, corporate and legal entities.

Have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Be able to communicate confidently and work on their own initiative.

Have excellent organisational skills.

Be personable, enthusiastic, flexible, and reliable.
