A young and dynamic business is currently seeking a compliance professional to join their expanding team.
Providing back-office services to the iGaming industry, our client is seeking a Compliance Officer to maintain internal procedures, perform due diligence on VIPs and coordinate the implementation of regulatory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Performing due diligence on all VIPs, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Drafting and maintaining internal procedures, ensuring the business is fully up to date with all current laws and regulations as required.
Coordinating the internal implementation of regulatory requirements.
Assisting with internal and external audits.
Providing training to employees on relevant company policies and acting as the main point of contact for compliance related matters.
Assisting with the collection of data for submission of reports.
Proposing any improvements and implementing any changes in procedures where necessary.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within compliance, ideally within the gaming sector.
The ability to assess impact on business and licenses.
Effective analytical skills.
Strong communication skills with a can-do attitude.
The ability to work with stakeholders locally and remotely.
