Our client is currently seeking a Contact Centre Administrator to join their busy team.
Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Dealing professionally and effectively with requests, answering queries and taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion. Providing customers with product and service information.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a financial service or customer service environment. A minimum of 5 GCSEs grade A-C. Excellent communication skills.
