Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily client correspondence and assist with client file maintenance.
- Organise meetings for the team, clients, and intermediaries.
- Assist in preparing documentation for signatures and general client administration.
- Liaise with estate agents, clients, and other law firms to ensure smooth transactions.
- Update the client's digital database and manage file-related queries.
- Provide cover for reception duties, including answering phones and emails when required.
