Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily client correspondence and assist with client file maintenance.
  • Organise meetings for the team, clients, and intermediaries.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for signatures and general client administration.
  • Liaise with estate agents, clients, and other law firms to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Update the client's digital database and manage file-related queries.
  • Provide cover for reception duties, including answering phones and emails when required.
