Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding legal practice on a full-time basis. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of the current postholder, making it an excellent time to step into a well-established role within the conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision.
- Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, mortgages, and vesting assents.
- Submit applications for first registrations and manage ancillary conveyancing matters.
- Work alongside an experienced search clerk and a dedicated conveyancing administrative assistant, providing support across fee earners.
Requirements:
- Experience in residential conveyancing on the Isle of Man is essential.
- Ability to work independently, handling a busy and varied caseload.
- Legal qualifications or significant experience in conveyancing are highly desirable.
