CUSTOMER JOURNEY TEAM LEADER | ref.MF445
Our client is currently seeking a Team Leader to join their busy team. The role holder will be required to lead and manage the team and ensure their active engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of communication, development, performance management and wellbeing of team members. Set clear performance objectives for all team members that can be directly linked to quality of service and putting the customer first. Responsible for resource planning and allocation. Use data provided to perform tasks efficiently and effectively. Ensure common understanding of goals to maintain a high performance culture which adds value to the customer. Provide first point of conflict resolution for team members when required.
The successful candidate will have previous leadership experience and a proven ability to lead effectively. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communicator. Ability to work under own initiative.
