Our client is currently seeking a Customer Services Administrator to join their Alterations team.
Key Responsibilities: Reviewing documentation submitted for alterations to contracts in line with internal and regulatory requirements. Liaising with customers and financial advisors by telephone and in writing.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ financial services experience. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Good understanding of Anti-Money Laundering regulations and knowledge of Customer Due Diligence.
