CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT – FRENCH SPEAKING | ref.MF890
We are exclusively recruiting for a young and dynamic company offering back-office services to the iGaming industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting and growing business as a Customer Service Agent within our client’s French speaking team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Helping internal and external customers.
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues.
Keeping customer request queues as low as possible.
Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations).
Handling customer request queries.
Maintaining a strong knowledge of products offered by the company.
Attending team meetings and activities.
Taking over in the absence of the Team Leader.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
A commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
The ability to multi-task and think quickly on your feet.
Previous experience in a customer service position is an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
