Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator based in their Contact Centre. The purpose of the role is to deliver superior customer service to future and existing customers and brokers who contact the call centre.
Responsibilities will include, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, acting as the first point of contact, dealing professionally and effectively with requests, answering queries and taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within a financial services environment and a good educational background. Being fluent in Spanish would be advantageous.
