An experienced team member is required to join the Customer Services team of an International Wealth Platform company. Reporting to the Customer Services Manager, the role would suit a high performing individual who has worked or looking for a career in Customer Services. The role will include, on-boarding new clients, customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements and client correspondence.
To ensure that this role is carried out to the desired level, the successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience within a new business role within Investments or Life Assurance. Strong communication and organisational skills.
