Our client is recruiting for a Customer Services & New Business Administrator for a temporary contract.
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for allocated contractors and ensure they receive an exceptional level of customer service during their on-boarding and during their time with the business, along with the necessary on-boarding and ongoing paperwork to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and be used to providing customer service on the phone and via email. Your manner must be professional at all times but also personable with the ability to build relationships with your allocated contractors. You will have the ability to explain complicated concepts to contractors of all levels, and the ability to handle complicated information. You will be comfortable dealing with complaints as they arise and demonstrate a 'can do', responsibility-accepting attitude to resolving problems and ensuring a positive image of the company is upheld at all times.
