CUSTOMER SERVICES – NEW BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR X2 | ref.MF704
Our client currently has two positions available within their Customer Services New Business team.
The role would suit a high performing administrator with an understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements with strong attention to detail skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Reviewing and inputting new business applications, ensuring new business applications have been accepted in line with internal guidelines, dealing with responses by phone / email to requests for outstanding new business application requirements.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 2 years financial services experience along with strong communication and organisational skills.
