Our client is looking for an experienced senior team member to join their busy Customer Services team. This role would suit a high performing customer services orientated individual with an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence and new business acceptance and regulatory requirements.
Main Duties: Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory control purposes. Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guideline and procedures. Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a new business role. 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above including English and Maths.
