Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Dealing & Settlements Manager to lead their Dealing & Settlements Teams. This role is essential for managing team performance, operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with risk frameworks and SLAs, all while fostering a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Drive continuous improvement in customer service, aiming to exceed market expectations.
  • People Management: Build and develop a team equipped with the skills and values needed for service excellence; support personal development through performance plans and evaluations.
  • Process Efficiency: Oversee documentation and maintenance of all processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Risk Management: Ensure operational risks and compliance issues are managed, with procedures aligned to regulatory standards; act as the first line of defense in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Continuous Improvement: Represent Investment Operations in projects and change initiatives, collaborating with other business areas to enhance service delivery.
