Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer to join our innovative team in Isle of Man. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software, from layout to function, according to our specifications.

Key Responsibilities:


Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code by using best software development practices.
Create website layout/user interfaces by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Create and maintain software documentation.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them to operations and activities.
Collaborate with web designers to match visual design intent.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the functionality and efficiency of code and systems.


Required Qualifications:


3+ years of software development experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails).
Strong understanding of database management (SQL and NoSQL databases).
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks.
