Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and review financial statements and reports for investment funds.
Reconcile various accounts, including bank accounts and investment portfolios.
Manage and process fund transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and fees.
Conduct valuations of fund assets and calculate net asset value (NAV).
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
Liaise with auditors, custodians, and other stakeholders to facilitate audits and other processes.
Monitor and analyze fund performance and provide insights to management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.


Required Qualifications:


Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
3+ years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, particularly related to investment funds.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with investment management systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting investment funds.
