Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fund Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to grow their career within the investment management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily fund administration tasks including processing of subscriptions, redemptions, and fund transfers.
Maintain accurate records of all fund transactions and ensure data integrity.
Assist in the calculation and verification of net asset value (NAV) for funds.
Prepare and distribute regular fund performance reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
Liaise with custodians, transfer agents, and other service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Support the preparation of financial statements and assist with audits.
Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional client service.
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in fund administration or a similar role within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of fund structures and financial instruments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certification such as IAQ, IMC, or equivalent.
Experience with fund administration systems.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements affecting investment funds.
