Our client is currently seeking an Administrator to join their Funds & Shareholder services team. The purpose of the role is to undertake a range of routine tasks, including processing, checking and documenting duties using acquired knowledge of processes under supervisory guidance.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to timely and accurate processing of data, providing accurate informed responses to customer/audit enquiries or referral to more experienced members of the team and input and release of subscriptions and redemptions on a daily basis via an online banking system.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of CHAPS, BACS and SWIFT systems as well as an understanding of currency cheque collections and negotiations.
