GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT | ref.MF457
Our client is currently seeking an experienced candidate to support the financial control function in ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger.
Key Responsibilities: Preparation and posting all allocated manual journals. Monitoring the booking of expenditure by the accounts payable department, to ensure that correct books and accounts are utilised. Maintain an up to date Balance sheet Substantiation control page. Ensure that all GL accounts are allocated to responsible persons and are reconciled on a monthly basis.
The successful candidate will hold a professional accounting qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA. Have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within accounting support and at least 2 years’ experience in financial accounting.
