Customer Service Agent - German Speaking | MKF222

Location: Isle of Man

McKenzie Fox is exclusively recruiting for a young and dynamic company that offers back-office services to the iGaming industry. We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join the German speaking team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and offers hybrid working options.

Key responsibilities include:


Assisting internal and external customers
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues
Keeping customer request queues as low as possible
Conducting customer research on various aspects related to iGaming
Handling customer request queries
Maintaining a strong knowledge of the company's products
Participating in team meetings and activities
Taking over in the absence of the Team Leader


Skills and experience:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service
Ability to multi-task and think quickly on your feet
Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
