An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new team member to join the Human Resources department at an international investment firm.
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support the team in a full range of HR activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Recruitment and onboarding administration, supporting line managers and employees with general HR queries, maintaining employee records and the HR database, administration of employee benefits and leavers administration.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a HR Administration role and will ideally be qualified or working towards CIPD Level 3. An understanding of Isle of Man Employment Legislation is essential.
