HR ADMINISTRATOR | ref.MF390
Purpose of Role: To undertake all administration that is required throughout the employee life cycle. To act as the first port of call to employees and external stakeholders for all HR administrative related queries. To proactively maintain all HR related databases, reports and documentation. To assist the Human Resources department in the delivery and implementation of specific HR projects and tasks within deadlines and timescales.
Responsibilities: Responsible for uploading, seeking the relevant approval and advertising vacancies. Responsible for the administration and organisation of new starters. Responsible for recording and monitoring sickness and holiday absence. Responsible for notifying benefit providers of new starters.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent IT skills.
