Our client is seeking an HR Co-Ordinator.
The purpose of the role is to provide our client with first-class, pro-active HR support by ensuring that all business needs are responded to in the most effective and timely manner. Ensuring that HR administration, processes, procedures and systems are kept up to date and continually improved.
Living our client’s Core Values as an HR ambassador within the business demonstrating professionalism, competence and common sense in all aspects of the role.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast paced office environment, GCSE (or equivalent) grade C or above English and Maths, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), experience of drafting self-driven letters/emails to a high standard, and experience within a customer facing administration role.
