Our client is looking for a smart, energetic and motivated individual with account leadership abilities to work as part of a dynamic team. An exciting and challenging work role that offers a healthy combination of collaboration, autonomy, and flexible working as an Insurance Manager.
Part of the team managing relationships for a portfolio of insurance clients and assume responsibility for client service delivery and excellence. Identify client service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards. Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required. Ensure that your clients’ priorities, objectives, and any other requirements have been met. Ensure best practice and innovation is shared across your clients. Support the development and implementation of own strategic objectives. Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities. Develop a detailed understanding of the insurance industry. Instil a culture of collaboration, effective communications, and professionalism.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Be a client focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills. Be from either the insurance, actuarial or accounting sectors. Be professionally qualified with relevant experience in captive or risk management sector. Have proven experience of proactively leading client engagements and associated projects. Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
