12 month fixed term contract.

Our client currently has a 12 month FTC position available within their Investment Management Department for a Switching Officer.

The role holder will be responsible for processing switch instructions in line with service standards and to an exceptional degree of accuracy, handling customer enquiries in a quick and efficient manner, working closely with colleagues to deliver a positive customer experience and assisting with ad-hoc investment related tasks as required.

The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver accuracy and quality performance, excellent customer service and to adapt to changing priorities. They will be educated to A Level standard, Maths would be advantageous.
