A leading insurance provider on the island currently has a vacancy within their busy IT team. The role holder will provide operational IT support to the business involving hardware, software and systems.
Our client is open to newly qualified candidates interested in a career within IT as well as those with more experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat and email, providing professional and friendly customer service as the first point of contact, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues, supporting end users in their use of applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM, VPN, Citrix and MDM, performing O365 account management and maintenance for various applications and systems and installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks etc.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience working within a similar position, working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and detailed knowledge to support the company’s Microsoft based system including O365 suite of products.
